PASconcept is designed to streamline project management for architects and engineers, making tasks such as logging time, managing proposals, and navigating projects more intuitive. This guide will walk you through the essential steps to get started with PASconcept, from logging in to entering time and exploring its key features.


Step 1: Logging In (0:16)

Logging into PASconcept is simple and secure. Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to PASconcept.com.
  2. Click on the Sign In button.
  3. Enter your credentials and click Sign In.

If you have forgotten your password or have not yet set one up, click on the Forgot Password link. You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your user account. An email will be sent with a link to reset or create a new password.


Navigating the PASconcept Platform (1:17)

PASconcept is built with user accessibility in mind. The system provides an intuitive navigation menu at the top of the screen, allowing you to access different sections based on your permissions.

Using the Menu (1:20)

  • Hover over and click menu items to expand available options.
  • Some menus expand further to provide additional selections.
  • Click on the desired section to navigate to that area.
  • A Home button (depicted as a house icon) allows you to return to the main dashboard quickly.

Utilizing Shortcuts (2:01)

PASconcept provides shortcut buttons that offer quick access to essential features such as:

  • Jobs
  • Proposals
  • Opportunities
  • Clients
  • Timesheets

A blue button is used consistently throughout PASconcept to add new entries, such as clients, time entries, or new opportunities. This color-coded system ensures ease of use.


Entering Time in PASconcept (2:51)

Accurate time tracking is essential for project management and billing. Here’s how to log your hours efficiently:

Accessing Your Timesheet (3:01)

  1. Navigate to the Timesheets section.
  2. The current payroll period will be displayed by default.
  3. If you have access to view other users' timesheets, you may see additional entries.

Adding Time Entries (3:27)

  1. Click on the Add Job Time button.
  2. Select the job for which you are logging hours by either:
    • Using the dropdown menu, or
    • Typing relevant keywords in the search bar.
  3. Click Continue to proceed.

Defining Your Time Entry (4:14)

  1. Select the Task within the job.
  2. Choose the Date you performed the work.
  3. Enter the Number of Hours worked.
  4. Choose the Categorythat best represents your work.
    • If unsure, consult your administrator or project manager.
  5. Add relevant Notes detailing the work performed.
  6. Click Add Time to save your entry.

Once added, your time entry will appear on your timesheet, and you can expand it to review the specific task and category details.
